This exciting position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of your patients while maintaining a predictable schedule: Dedicated Outpatient Focus: Provide comprehensive women's health care services exclusively in a clinic setting, with no inpatient or evening call required. Flexible Work Schedule: Maintain a consistent work-life balance with four 8-hour weekdays (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) alongside a team of two midwives or a combination of midwives and Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants. Moderate Patient Volume: Manage a manageable patient load of approximately 20 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized care. Streamlined Workflow: Utilize the efficient eClinicalWorks electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management. Work Autonomy with Support: Practice autonomously while having a supervising physician readily available for consultation when needed. Temporary Assignment: This locum tenens position offers a flexible 3-month commitment.
