- Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads within the trucking, fleet management, and automotive sectors, including OEMs, dealerships, and rental companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to deeply understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the client's services and solutions, showcasing the value they bring to clients in the automotive and trucking industries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling, effective pipeline management, and successful negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries.
- Strong understanding of automotive logistics, dealership operations, or fleet management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an unstructured, start-up environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Extensive networking connections within the trucking and fleet business.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales and the ability to be creative in the sales process.
- Capacity to conduct thorough customer needs analysis.
- Competitive Base Salary + Lucrative Commissionable Earnings ($120k Base)
