D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals. Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout, customizing programs to each athlete, maintaining regular contact, and monitoring progress. D1 is passionate about changing lives. Key Skills Required SALES: Ability to close over 50% of leads. LEADERSHIP: Be a proactive leader, hold regular meetings, and lead your team to growth. FINANCE: Manage the facility P&L, review budgets monthly. This Role Offers A fun team environment that balances work and play. Leading staff meetings to inform and motivate the team. Accountability in financial planning and review. The General Manager must provide a world-class experience to every visitor, including professional athletes. Responsibilities Serve as a key contact for members, focusing on customer experience. Assist with member check-ins, memberships, payments, sales, and events. Qualifications Associate Degree 3+ years management experience Proven sales ability Knowledge of gym and retail operations Energetic, positive attitude Committed to being the first in and last out Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 per year. D1 Training is rapidly growing with over 80 facilities and more in development. We focus on strategic, science-backed training to help athletes and adults reach their goals.
