This role is a key driver of growth, tasked with assisting in the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing vision that elevates the company’s presence in both the general and luxury real estate markets. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented leader with a strong sense of visual standards, capable of collaborating with and supporting a high-performing team while ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with the brokerage’s business goals and agent success. This position’s primary focus is assisting the Founder and all Real Estate Agents at KASE with oversight, approvals, and brand consistency — serving as the highest level contributor to all marketing output. In addition, the Manager must be able to independently create marketing assets, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld, and will have a team of Graphic Designer/ Marketing assistants, Videographers, and Virtual Assistants. Key Responsibilities Strategic Contribution: Assist in the development and implementation of a cohesive, company-wide marketing strategy and brand identity. Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with and support the creative team (Assistants, Content Creators, Designers, Social Media, etc.). Marketing Calendar & Planning: Help maintain and review a dynamic calendar of campaigns, launches, and luxury initiatives. Brand & Content Management: Assist in directing and approving all content (digital, print, social, luxury listing assets). Provide input and support for final approval authority on all creative before release. Luxury Market Support: Support bespoke marketing for high-end listings and collaborate closely with Team Stirdivant. Digital & Traditional Marketing: Assist in overseeing campaigns across web, social, paid ads, EDDM, bulk mail, and luxury partnerships. Agent Support: Empower agents with branded templates, content libraries, and personal marketing guidance. Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and prepare reports for leadership. Workflow & Project Management: Intake agent requests, delegate tasks through Asana (or similar), and ensure timely approvals. Asset Creation: Design and produce marketing materials directly using design software. Growth & Innovation: Research, evaluate, and propose emerging tools, platforms, and technologies to keep the brokerage on the cutting edge of marketing trends. Compliance & Risk: Ensure all marketing content adheres to industry regulations, advertising laws, and brokerage compliance standards. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience. Industry Knowledge: Real estate and/or luxury brand marketing preferred; must understand compliance in marketing/advertising. Leadership: Ability to collaborate with and support a team. Communication: Strong collaborator with agents, leadership, and vendors. Skills: Strong design sense and understanding of creative processes. Required proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut) is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Hubspot is also a plus. Must be proactive and solutions-oriented. Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
