About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple client implementation projects in a fast-paced FinTech environment. This role is highly client-facing and requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end implementation projects for payment solutions, ensuring seamless deployment, client satisfaction, and successful delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of cloud-based payment and FinTech solutions for B2B and B2C clients. Lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously (typically 5-8 active projects at various stages). Review and understand Statements of Work (SOWs) and create detailed project plans. Configure and coordinate multi-tenant cloud environment implementations. Oversee API credential setup and integration activities. Establish project governance, timelines, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Conduct weekly and daily project status meetings with customers and internal teams. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Support teams. Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations. Coordinate with external IT vendors and third-party partners to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Multi-Implementation Project Management Proven experience managing 5-8 concurrent implementation projects. Ability to handle high-volume project delivery environments (80-120 implementations annually). Strong organizational and prioritization skills. 2. Strong Project Management Fundamentals Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and risk management. Experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource coordination. Excellent communication and client management skills. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Vendor teams. Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Payment Processing/Payment Platforms (Required) Previous experience in: Software Development Product Management Technical Project Delivery
