Hospitalist Program Overview
Physicians are employed directly with the hospitalists program
On average 7, 24-hour shifts per month to achieve full-time employment status
The Women s Care physician staff provides back-up coverage when needed
Health/Medical/Dental
~ The Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Program at Women s Care provides 24-hour obstetrical and gynecological coverage at hospitals in the Lakeland, FL area. Our physicians enjoy working hard when they are working and being completely off when they are not. This is an employed opportunity, so you are benefits eligible for health/dental/vision insurance, retirement vestment and CME stipend all while only working 7, 24-hour shifts per month.
