Business Analyst / Planner – Food Manufacturing | Milton, PA
A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Business Analyst/Planner to join its growing Supply Chain & Operations team. This role supports data-driven decision-making across production, inventory, transportation, and cost management while helping improve overall operational performance.

Create, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting tools to support Supply Chain, Operations, and Production teams.
Analyze data related to inventory levels, transportation performance, production planning needs, and raw material targets.
Support scheduling functions as needed by understanding production flow and assisting with execution during peak periods.
Present data, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams to guide business decisions.
Identify and deliver cost-savings and continuous improvement opportunities across the operation.
Support and strengthen process flow visibility across production, logistics, inventory movement, and overall Supply Chain operations.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, Sigma, SQL/Sequel, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
Deep understanding of production processes, inventory flow, and general end-to-end Supply Chain operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
