Must demonstrate technical competence to manage both Electrical (SI+PI) and Mechanical (Structural+Thermal) teams Must demonstrate technical competence in both Advanced Packaging (Interposers/Substrates) and Advanced Systems (Boards/Chassis) Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to plan and re-plan dynamically and communicate status across all functions Excellent communicator with strong documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success leading systems design and NPI of complex hardware systems Experience with APAC ODM/OEM/CM vendors is a plus Must comprehend role of BMC, NOR Flash and FPGA within modern systems Familiarity with PCIe cards, ASICs on HDI PCB modules, and 1RU boards is a big plus Familiarity with liquid cooling solutions, networking, optics and security is a plus Knowledge of server architectures (x86, ARM, GPU etc) and cloud-scale AI is a plus Driving product development with ODMs and large-scale cloud/data center rollouts is a plus Proven ability to lead and develop top-tier team — recruiting and mentoring talent.
