Role: Workday Business Analyst Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite, Mon-Fri)
Duration: Contract to Hire (3+ Months)

Required Qualifications
~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience.
~ Proven track record in a Workday deployment or large-scale system implementation (experience in HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Time & Absence preferred).
~ Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-department technology projects .
~ Strong foundational understanding of HR, Finance, and IT business processes.
~ Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage executive stakeholders and end-users.
~ Ability to influence decisions, drive accountability, and successfully guide project teams.
~ Must be able to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY (MondayFriday).


Preferred Skills
Experience with post-go-live Workday stabilization or enhancement cycles.
Expertise in business process reengineering and workflow documentation.
Technical comfort with advanced reporting, integrations, or data conversion is a significant plus.
