In this role, you will have the opportunity to advise on market-leading deals across construction, mezzanine, and loan-on-loan financings for an elite client roster that includes owner-operators, investment managers, private funds, investors, public and private REITs, lenders and borrowers. Key Requirements 3+ years' experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions at a large law firm, with specific experience and/or an interest in focusing on sophisticated real estate-backed financings Strong academic record Admitted to practice law in the State of New York State Why Apply?
