Design Transportation, a Dallas based, Truckload Carrier, is seeking a Load Planner/CSR representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self- motivated and possess strategic knowledge of planning & scheduling drivers. We are currently running an average of 70 trucks, both OTR & Regional, and have been in business for over 30 years. Annual Salary: starts at $62K Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage available after 30 days 401k after 6 months. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Load planning for trucks in the TX OK AR MS regions. Booking loads with existing customers, as well as negotiating broker s rates. Maintaining Trailer Pools in Dallas and Houston. Loading trucks to our Customer freight market. Load Scheduling. Answering emails quickly and efficiently. Answering phones. Honoring Driver s time off request. Being a team player. Shift: (6:00am-3:00pm) Monday Friday. Rotating day Saturday every 4 weeks. xmcpwfu (No remote work available) All other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have High School or equivalent Mcleod TMS system a plus Must be familiar with HOS Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Truckload Transportation.
