Role Overview We're seeking a Data Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. You'll support product, business, and customer-facing teams by analyzing trends, building dashboards, and enabling data-backed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define metrics and KPIs Support A/B tests, product analytics, and performance tracking Clean, validate, and transform datasets for accurate reporting Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Automate recurring analyses where possible Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS or tech Strong proficiency with SQL (required) Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode, etc.) Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation Strong understanding of analytics, statistics, and A/B testing Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Nice-to-Have Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) Exposure to data modeling or ETL concepts Background supporting product or growth teams Statistical/data science coursework or certifications
