Ruby Lake**Winter Haven, Florida 33884**Overview* The Site Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our educational institution, ensuring that we provide a high-quality learning environment for our students. This position requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about education and dedicated to fostering an atmosphere of academic excellence. The Site Director will collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create an engaging and supportive educational experience. *Duties** Lead and manage all aspects of the site's operations, including curriculum implementation, staff supervision and development. * Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and staff. * Oversee the training, and evaluation of staff to ensure high standards of teaching and administration. * Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students, encouraging academic success and personal growth. * Implement educational programs that align with institutional goals and state regulations. * Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support academic achievement and personal growth. * Manage administrative tasks related to education administration, including enrollment processes and record keeping. * Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in education administration. *Duties include, but are not limited to, creating and carrying out lesson plans, being a team leader and role model to the staff, receiving tuition payments and making deposits, responsible for all record keeping and child files, communicating with parents, following disciplinary policies and procedures regarding children, daily setup and cleanup of toys, materials, and play equipment, as well as providing a safe, loving, and learning atmosphere for the children. You will be in charge of the full daily management of the center.**Requirements** FCCPC or National CDA - DIRECTOR'S CREDENTIAL - VPK Endorsement. * Clean Driving Record and able to drive a 15 passenger Van or Mini Bus if needed to pickup children after school and transport back to the center. * Proven experience in teaching children ages 1-12, and administration management, demonstrating a strong understanding of secondary educational practices. * Experience working with students in an educational setting, showcasing effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports diverse student populations. * Leadership qualities that inspire staff and students alike, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
