The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for a variety of commercial climate control, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment. If you are a dedicated professional who excels at troubleshooting complex systems and values professional communication, we want to hear from you Key Job Responsibilities Expert Troubleshooting & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repair services on a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and commercial cooking equipment. Service Call Completion: Complete service calls efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring all work is documented accurately according to company procedures. Customer & Staff Communication: Maintain strong communication skills, treating customers and employees with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times. Clearly explain diagnoses and repair options to clients. On-Call Service: Participate in a standard rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency service calls. Professional Development: Proactively attend and complete required training sessions, workshops, and certifications to stay current with industry standards, equipment, and best practices. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations, including proper handling of refrigerants.
