Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary role near Glendora with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), and familiarity with JD Edwards (preferred).
Reconcile invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, freight, discounts, and account distribution
Analyze vendor accounts and resolve issues in a professional manner
Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including sales/use tax and 1099s
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
~ Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
