Buyer Contract Role (Onsite) Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support a high-volume procurement program involving complex sub-assemblies and large component counts. This role focuses heavily on manual purchase order execution, vendor coordination, and tracking deliverables to ensure on-time build readiness. Key Responsibilities: Execute manual purchase orders and track changes across multiple components. Coordinate with vendors on quotes, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and receiving. Maintain procurement trackers and update program documentation. Support new product introduction activities and item/vendor setup. Serve as backup support for Control Buyer duties as needed. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. 1+ years in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS or SAP preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume workflows. Understanding of supply chain management principles; basic SQL is a plus. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
