Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects Strong understanding of warehouse, industrial, and manufacturing environments Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in project management software and tools For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of data centers The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards This role requires extensive travel and expertise in mission-critical facilities, including industrial and manufacturing environments Lead and manage ground-up construction projects for data centers from start to finish Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the job site Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets Provide training and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
