Head of Content role at Virio Location: San Francisco (in-person, 6 days/week) Total Compensation: $250k – $500k per year Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack – an AI‑powered content engine that turns executive thought leadership into a pipeline at scale. We help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive‑led content that drives revenue, not vanity metrics. We’re backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Twitch, and Google. We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder‑led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power. What You’ll Do Write high‑quality LinkedIn posts every day for founders and executives – turning their ideas, voice, and priorities into content that drives pipeline. Interview clients weekly to extract insights, stories, and strong opinions, then convert them into polished written posts in their voice. Own each client’s LinkedIn content strategy – content lanes, narrative arcs, posting cadence, and how their content supports their GTM goals. Develop the systems that support consistent, scalable content delivery for clients and for Virio, including briefing frameworks, editorial reviews, reporting structures, and format innovation. Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Creative to align messaging and amplify results. Oversee quarterly content planning and strategic reviews for both Virio and key accounts, using data and insight to drive next‑step decisions. Who You Are You are a LinkedIn creator – you’ve grown your own audience, you post regularly, and you know what good content looks like because you’ve done it yourself. Client‑obsessed – you treat content as a strategic lever to deepen relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts. Strategic storyteller – you craft narratives that resonate with founders, CMOs, and GTM leaders, and tie them to real business outcomes. Content architect – you know how to build a content engine from scratch: formats, cadences, hooks, and systems that scale. Execution‑first – you don’t just pitch ideas; you write copy, ship posts, and iterate fast based on data. B2B‑native – you understand how content fits into the GTM motion – ABM, demand gen, founder brand, and sales enablement. Creative operator – you balance creative instinct with GTM rigor, thinking in hooks, CTAs, and commercial value. Team‑minded – you love collaborating with designers, strategists, and AMs to turn client goals into standout campaigns. Startup‑ready – you thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and bring structure without slowing velocity. Bonus Points Strong writer with sharp taste and clear voice. Experience with LinkedIn‑native content strategy. Experience working directly with startup founders or C‑level execs on public brand positioning. Track record of turning content programs into a revenue growth engine. Experience ghostwriting or executive storytelling in a B2B context.
