We are growing rapidly and seeking a Scheduler to manage visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and other clinical staff using our scheduling platform, Paseva. Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Competitive pay & great benefits Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 3 weeks Paid Days Off (PDO) per year Referral bonuses Annual evaluations & merit increases 401(k) match Opportunities for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles across AZ, CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, MA, MN, NV, OH Your Role:Schedule visits for newly referred patients and assign appropriate clinical staffCoordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requestsCommunicate with patients regarding scheduling and specific needsTrack and maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reportsAssist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboardingDocument and report field staff incidents/complaintsEnter communications in Call Log and provide related reportsSupport Case Managers with LPN/LVN, PTA, COTA, and aide supervisory visitsHandle office tasks: scanning, filing, emailing, medical records managementCollaborate with other departments to resolve issuesMaintain a professional, positive attitude at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)2+ years of experience in a medical officeKnowledge of medical terminology and codingAdvanced computer skillsAbility to work 8 AM
