Associate Business Systems Analyst
6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Brooksource is looking to bring on a small team of recent college graduates to join one of our Fortune 1000 clients in Jacksonville, FL This team will be part of a collaborative group supporting enterprise insurance platforms and business-critical systems as part of Brooksources Elevate Program.
Elevate is Brooksources national associate-level consulting program that helps clients rejuvenate their workforce with a new wave of talent. Launched in 2000, we provide structured training and hands-on experience to ensure a seamless transition into a professional environment. Associates gain foundational business and technical skills while developing into future leaders within the organization.
In this role, you will work alongside senior Business Systems Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to support and enhance the Guidewire BillingCenter platform. This opportunity provides exposure to enterprise insurance systems, real-world business processes, and high-visibility initiatives. Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
Hands-on experience, education, or academic projects involving:
Business process analysis
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
Exposure to data analysis concepts (Excel, SQL basics, or data validation activities)
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn complex business systems
Exposure to Guidewire platforms or enterprise insurance systems
Familiarity with Gosu or other object-oriented languages
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Guidewire BillingCenter
Exposure xrczosw to high-level business and IT professionals
Structured training and mentorship through Brooksources Elevate Program
Clear career progression and growth opportunities
If you are currently a senior studying MIS, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or recently graduated, with:
A graduation date in Fall, Spring, or Summer of 2024/2025
An interest in insurance technology, business analytics, or enterprise applications
The ability to work or relocate to Jacksonville, FL
