Tucker Griffin Barnes P.C. maintains a non-traditional firm structure that allows you to independently manage and develop your own practice, with supervision and mentorship from some of the most successful attorneys in Virginia. This position involves immediate and significant client interaction and direct experience in General District and Circuit Courts While marketing and business development opportunities are available, they are not required, as we rely on our deep roots in Central Virginia and established referral networks to bring business to us. Associate Compensation: We offer an annual salary with a unique opportunity to earn a *significant monthly bonus*, making potential total compensation competitive with the larger firm markets in the area. Each of our attorneys receives a monthly Profit and Loss statement. Associates keep 25% of their monthly profit as a bonus. This compensation model has been very successful and well supported. Our associates earn an average of $5,000 to 7,000 per month bonus, sometimes higher.
