Role- React Developer Location- Newark, NJ- Hybrid Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of React and Next.js development. 3+ years with Redux and Redux Toolkit. 2+ years of TypeScript in production. Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance. Hands-on experience with real-time streaming technologies. Proficiency in Docker and containerization. Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations. Proven contributions to open-source React projects. Experience with Next.js routing migration (Pages → App Router). Knowledge of insurance domain workflows (claims processing). Experience implementing design systems. Expertise in Turbopack optimization. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
