Position: General Manager - Manufacturing Operations
Salary Range: 140,000-160,000 Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of a manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities for General Manager:
Provide vision and leadership across all functional areas (production, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, EHS).
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery to customers.
Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and best practices.
Manage full P&L responsibility, budgets, and KPIs to meet or exceed business goals.
Develop, mentor, and engage teams to maximize performance and career growth.
Strengthen customer relationships while optimizing supply chain and vendor performance.
Qualifications for General Manager:
10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, including 5+ in senior management.
Financial acumen with P&L experience.
