Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Temporary, 3 Months
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Fully in Office
Hourly: $22/hr
LHH is partnering with a very fun company in Bensalem, PA within the music industry is looking to hire a temporary Customer Service Representative to cover for a 3-month leave. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:15PM with a 1 hour break.
Enter customer orders into the company ERP system
Monitor EDI website orders and verify for accuracy
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from dealers, non dealers, sales reps and consumers to assist with orders, returns or order issues
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software easily
