Performance Engineer

Participate in the operation and development of business-critical applications, including IT Software such as MS Outlook, SAP ERP, Confluence, Jira, and other enterprise tools that support business operations.
~ Manage and enhance internally developed applications to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business needs.
~ Collaborate with headquarters and local partners to align IT operations with business goals and regional needs.
~ Identify and implement proactive solutions to address operational challenges and improve system performance.
~ Recommend, deploy, and maintain IT applications that meet the evolving needs of various departments.
~ 24/7 MIS system support for any IT related urgent issues.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field, or holders of a bachelor degree related to IT demonstrating a solid track record in managing IT systems and solutions.
Ability to contribute to the development and operation of business applications within a fast-paced environment.
Develop and maintain secondary software for environmental data gathering and Assembly IT reports.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with headquarters and local partners.
~ Proficiency in programming and development using languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, MS Server, Oracle, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
~ Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of IT operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
