We are offering up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for Full Time RNs.

Shift: 8-hour shifts - full time & part time for days, evenings, & nights now available

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:
Current license to practice nursing in Washington (or eligible to receive or renew).
Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications, which are provided during Fairfax new hire training.

Kirkland: 157-bed, standalone psychiatric hospital, composed of six units providing specialized treatment for mental health and co-occurring disorders, as well as detox services for both adolescents and adults.

Everett : 30-bed adult general psychiatric unit located on the 7th floor of the Providence Medical Centers Pacific campus.

Monroe: 34-bed unit on the campus of Evergreen Health Monroe.
