Details: Start Date: December 19, 2023 End Date: December 25, 2023 Shift Type: Day Shifts (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Weekend Requirements: Yes (Availability for weekend coverage) On Call Requirements: None Qualifications: To ensure the highest quality of care, we seek providers with the following qualifications: Board Certification: Required Covid Vaccination: Required Michigan License: Required at the time of name clearance (No exceptions) Clean Background: Required (No exceptions) Local Candidate: Required Submission of Rates: Required at the time of name clearance (Provider will not be cleared without this information) Facility Description: Our 20-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is conveniently. Our dedicated interdisciplinary team focuses on promoting self-sufficiency and maximizing functional ability through patient-centered care. This approach involves advocating for patients' rights, empowering them to make decisions, and respecting their participation in decision-making. The program is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) as a Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Program for Adults, and as a Stroke Specialty Program (Adults). We take pride in maintaining this accreditation for over 30 years. Job Description: Coverage Period: December 19 - 24, with shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Inpatient Rehab Unit: 20 beds Reason for Coverage: Physiatrist Vacation Schedule: Partial days with the ability to approve admissions via computer. Team conferences on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00 am.
