Read more to apply Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Trenton, NJ Hours: 6am-9am / 1:45pm-4:30pm Pay Rate: Full School Bus Driver rate: 54 Passenger Big Bus Drivers: $31.00/hrs. 25 Passenger Van Drivers: $29.00/hrs. + $150.00 Contingent Bonus Trainee training rate with validated permit: $16.00/hr. Trainee rate after getting license: $27.00 plus, a $150.00 Contingent Bonus The bonus rate is contingent on drivers and monitors working both the AM and PM shift with NO CALL OUTS and NO ACCIDENTS or INCIDENTS. Responsibilities: Drive a school bus route - picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops on the route. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation. Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings. Clean bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image. As requested or desired to drive students on field trips, activity trips and charter runs to transport students and other passengers to and from their destinations.
