We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System.
About the Role

As a Cath Lab Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing and managing patient care during cardiovascular procedures. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a sterile environment, assessing patient conditions, and serving as a preceptor for new hires.
The ideal candidate will have specialized education and certifications in Radiologic Technology and Cardiovascular procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures
Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate care
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks
Develop strong working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
Requirements:

Completion of 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology
Eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
Previous experience in a procedural area is preferred
American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registered and/or RCIS certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) training
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
Compensation and Benefits:

$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience
