Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist Position at Norman Regional Health System

The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our team. This exciting role offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower, equipped with three Cath Lab suites, an Electrophysiology suite, a Hybrid suite, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.
As a Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist at Norman Regional Health System, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care during procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
Serve as a mentor for new staff members and radiology students.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program.
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
