Pediatric Home Health Care LPN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care in the home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with G-tube, trach, vent, and seizure assessment and treatment. If you value clinical knowledge and building deep bonds with families, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:

Medication administration per physician orders
Physician-ordered treatments including nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilation care
Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements:

Current, active Colorado LPN license
Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
