Highline Physical Therapy Summit Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinics. We have 24 clinics in the surrounding Seattle Metropolitan Area, spanning from Arlington to TacomaWe believe in treating patients like family. We have an opportunity for you to join our recently Pelvic Floor Mentorship Program This is the perfect opportunity to build onto your skills by balancing a caseload of orthopedic and pelvic health services.

• Full cost of Herman Wallace Pelvic FunctionSeries /Course(s) covered by the organization
• Direct training mentorship with a pelvic health specialist locally within our market
• Opportunity to shadow with current pelvic health/women's health population
• Experience with Pelvic Floor is a plus but not necessary. Training is provided.

Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
• Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
• Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
