The person we are hoping to employ is first and foremost a skilled, organized, and creative cook. ·         Must have thorough knowledge of the menu to read the KDS screen and immediately translate into what must be cooked.
·         Must maintain proper oil quality by properly filtering the fryers.
·         Must maintain a clean work area.
·         Must be able to prep the proper amount of food for any given shift
