As a Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist at Norman Regional Health System, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and care during procedures. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing equipment, managing patient conditions, and maintaining sterile environments while collaborating with a team of cardiologists.
The ideal candidate is a registered technologist with relevant certifications and experience in a Cath Lab setting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and contribute to the growth and development of our cardiovascular program.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and maintenance of equipment and supplies
Patient assessment and positioning
Maintenance of asepsis and sterile environment
Collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals
Participation in training and education programs
Requirements:
Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
One year of experience working in a Cath Lab or related field
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
