Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing. Assist with toileting, bowel and bladder training, and perineal care. Perform and assist with resident mobility, transferring, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion. Use aseptic techniques for infection control and adhere to facility infection control practices and standards. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and protect resident rights and privacy. Serve residents meals, motivating and assisting them with intake of nourishment and fluids. Encourage residents to keep their rooms in an orderly fashion and maintain the nursing unit in a clean and orderly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal hygiene and daily living needs
Assist with resident toileting, bowel and bladder training, and perineal care

Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information

Requirements:
Current CNA license in the State of New Jersey

High school diploma or equivalent
