We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System.
About the Role
This position is responsible for preparing equipment and providing patient care during cardiovascular procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all equipment is properly prepared for procedures.
Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to provide high-quality patient care.
Serve as a mentor for new hires and ensure compliance with required certifications and training.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Basic Life Support certification and Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
