RN or LPN Home Care

*RN or LPN Home Care*

We are currently looking for RN or LPN for a *single location* in home care. Hours are from 7:00am-7:00pm and you choose if you want to work part-time or full-time.

*Description*:
* Provides and coordinates skilled home care services including the necessary documentation regarding client care according to the client plan of treatment.
* Successfully communicates with the office, physicians and other agencies providing services to a client.
* Provides clinical direction and supervision to the Home Health Aide(s) and LPN(s) providing care to the client.

*Requirements:*
* Vent experience or ability to train with client.
* A thorough understanding of confidentiality.
* A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or LPN, eligible to practice in the State of Michigan.
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
* Demonstrated knowledge of home health nursing and caregiving.
* Willing and able to meet the agency need for professional nursing services.
* Positive, professional interpersonal skills.
* Meets CEU requirements for licensure.

*Salary Range: *

Licensed Practical Nurse starting $28.00/hr.

Registered Nurse starting $33.00/hr.
