Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Avera is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-focused team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.

$20.75 - $29.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care under the direction of physicians, nursing supervisor, and clinic manager. This includes:
Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:

Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (strongly preferred) or an approved nursing program.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks schedule.
