Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS at Norman Regional Health System

The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS will play a vital role in preparing equipment for cardiovascular procedures, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment.
This role requires strong collaboration with a team of cardiologists and participation in the training of new hires and students. We are seeking a qualified candidate who has completed an accredited Radiologic Technology program and holds certifications from relevant professional bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
Identifies and assesses patient condition. Prepares, positions and provides patient care.
Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participates in the orientation of new staff.
Maintains strong professional working relationship with the physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
Basic Life Support certification
Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
Compensation:
$27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience
