Norman Regional Health System, a leading healthcare provider in the Oklahoma City metro area, is seeking an experienced Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join its team.
Job Overview

The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will play a crucial role in preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and providing care in a sterile environment. This position requires collaboration with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists, as well as serving as a preceptor for new hires and students.
The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, such as RCIS, and complete required training to ensure high-quality cardiovascular care.
Responsibilities

Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
Assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Requirements

Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS.
Previous procedural area experience preferred.
American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered and/or RCIS certification preferred.
BLS training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
