About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our Cath Lab, you will be responsible for preparing and assisting in cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare equipment before and during procedures, guaranteeing optimal performance and patient safety.
Identify and assess patient condition, providing personalized care and attention.
Establish and maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists, working together as a cohesive unit to deliver high-quality care.
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership, fostering open communication and excellent patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications

Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
Previous Procedural Area experience, preferably in a Cath Lab setting.
American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration, Registered and/or RCIS certification, and Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
