Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS at Norman Regional Health System

The role of a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist at Norman Regional Health System involves delivering quality cardiovascular care by preparing and operating equipment during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and serving as a preceptor for new hires and students. This position requires collaboration with a team of cardiologists to facilitate excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
Maintain a sterile environment.
Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements:

Completion of a formal 24-month Radiologic Technology program or military program.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) eligibility and/or current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
Previous Procedural Area experience is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) maintenance is required throughout employment.
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment.
Compensation:

$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
