And so much more The primary responsibility of the Physical Therapist is to evaluate and provide treatment for patients with physical, emotional and/or psychosocial needs. Physical Therapist Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Examines and evaluates children from birth to age 21 with a variety of congenital and orthopedic conditions to improve mobility through skilled gross motor interventions including but not limited to gait training, equipment and orthotic management, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercises.
Work closely with patient's caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintains professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities and upholds federal/state licensure and ethical expectations.
Requirements: Our Ideal Candidate Has: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and hold an applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license).
