Surgical Technologist I

Join Norman Regional Health System as a Surgical Technologist I and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in our fast-paced surgical environment. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a sign-on bonus of up to $5K.
We are seeking an experienced and certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians during procedures, promote optimal patient outcomes, and maintain a sterile environment. This role requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program and ongoing certification. Job Summary:
Assists physicians during surgical procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintains a sterile environment to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
Prepares for procedures by setting up equipment and supplies.
Provides support to the surgical team to achieve efficient and effective care.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
National Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
$19.56-$31.94 per hour based on experience.
Evening differential: $2.00 per hour.
Night differential: $2.50 per hour.
Weekend differential: $2.50 per hour.
Sign-on bonus of up to $5K paid over 1 year.
