The salary for this position is estimated at around $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job:
The Dialysis Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing maintenance dialysis treatments. This role requires a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care to patients on maintenance dialysis
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
At least 3 months of working experience in Dialysis
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 3 months of hire
