Cardiovascular Technologist - Cath Lab at Norman Regional Health System

Norman Regional Health System is a leader in workplace excellence, nestled in the heart of Oklahoma City's metro area. We have an innovative cardiovascular program and are seeking a skilled Registered Technologist to expand our team.
About Us

We are a community hospital system with a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower, featuring three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. Our team collaborates closely with nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists.

American Association Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Accreditation
Job Responsibilities

Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
Assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide care.
Maintain a sterile environment.
Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Participate in orientation of new staff.
Collaborate with physicians and leadership for excellent patient care.
Qualifications

Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months.
Meet all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months.
Education Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
Experience Preferred

Previous Procedural Area experience.
Certifications/Licenses/Registration

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
Compensation

$27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
