*We’re hiring a full-time or part-time Charge Nurse to join our Nursing Team Our positions have the ability of 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling. Pay differentials are offered for Evening ($3/hr) and NOC shifts ($4/hr). Wages are based off of prior experience and additional licensing/training.*

*As a Charge Nurse in our facility, you would oversee the cares and flow of the nursing staff during your shift while providing documentation and medical treatments. As a leader, this position needs to hold strong communication skills for both family and staff interactions. *

*On an average day, you can expect to:*
* Direct the day to day activities of the Nursing Assistants
* Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration as needed.
* Assist with Wound Treatments.
* Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing team and family
* Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer
* Chart and document per facility policy requirements

*Job Requirements:*
* MN RN/LPN License and in good standing on MN Board of Nursing
* Ability to pass a MN background check
* Ability to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation
* Patience, compassion, and organizational skills are a must in our constantly evolving work environment
