We are seeking Sales Associates in these locations: Vail Flagship store in Vail Village, CO We are seeking a professional Sales Associate with luxury retail sales experience to join our premier Men's Department. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and engaging individual with an interest in style, quality, and the proven ability to provide exemplary customer service to be part of our team. General Duties and Responsibilities: • Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the shopping experience. • Seek fashion and product knowledge to educate, inspire, and outfit our clientele. • Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes sizing, straightening, and light cleaning. • Develop clientele and have a passion for fashion. • Adhere to store safety policies and procedures. • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications and Competencies: • Previous experience in luxury retail sales, customer service, or other related fields. • Skilled communication in English (Spanish a plus). • Must be able to multitask and work in a busy environment. • Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers. • Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems. • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work with many different teams and people.

Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $24 - $32 hourly. The rate of pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Gorsuch offers a selection of competitive benefits for this position. • If hired into a full-time year-round position benefits include medical insurance, basic life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, voluntary dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, paid sick leave, paid vacation and a staff discount. • If hired into a full-time seasonal position benefits include paid sick leave, ski pass program, and a staff discount. • If hired into a part-time seasonal position benefits include paid sick leave, ski pass program (partially reimbursed) and a staff discount.

Part Time Year Round/Part Time Seasonal: Minimum of 2-3 days per week, 1 weekend day required

Typical shift: 8-hour shifts During peak season additional shifts will be available. Full time hours 4 to 5 are budgeted 32 to 40 hours per week. 1 weekend day required. Part time hours are budgeted 16 to 27 hours per week.
