Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Ephrata Manor, a 5-star facility that prioritizes exceptional care for our residents. This is a full-time evening shift position with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

About the Role

As a CNA on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. With a focus on delivering high-quality patient care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct care to residents as needed
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Take vital signs and document resident information
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

    Requirements

    * Current PA CNA certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
