Join our esteemed team at PTS, a well-established Utah-based organization with a proud 30-year history, as we embark on a search for a dedicated Phlebotomy Instructor at our prestigious *Schaumburg* location.

*Position:* Phlebotomy Instructor

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive instruction in the art of phlebotomy for aspiring phlebotomists.
* Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for students during lecture and all clinical drawing portions.
* Encourage and support students throughout the program to ensure successful completion.
* Deliver our insightful curriculum in a clear and easily comprehensible manner.
* Manage onsite inventory and classroom cleanliness.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including classroom documentation (If applicable).
* Productive attendance and timeliness to all scheduled classes.
* _*Required*_ reliable transportation and an address to receive inventory boxes.
* _*Required*_ Technology knowledge with IPads, mirror casting, troubleshooting, etc.
* _*Preferred *_- EKG knowledge and work experience

*State Requirements:*
* CURRENT Certified Phlebotomy Technician in the state of Illinois with a minimum of 2 years full time phlebotomy experience in the previous 5 years (venipuncture, blood collection, lab processing, and special specimen procurement), must provide a copy of phlebotomy certificate upon request
* A minimum of high school or GED completion is required, must provide a copy of diploma or transcript upon request

* Proof of Education (Diploma, GED, Transcripts)
* Current Phlebotomy Certification or MA Certification

*Schedule:*

PM Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00PM - 10:00PM
